MindForge Spotlight No. 22 / by Stokes McIntyre

MindForge Documents

At MindForge, we understand that construction companies could use an easier way to get information out to the front line workforce and keep everyone on the same page.

One of the tools we’ve built into the MindForge Platform that helps you do just that is the “Documents” feature. Through the MindForge Platform, you can upload PDFs that you need to send out to your workers, teams, sites, or entire organization and assign them with the click of a button.

While that sounds easy enough, the last thing we want is to leave you stranded, having to figure out how this works all on your own. So below is a step-by-step video that Stokes has made to break down how to upload documents to your organization page, send them out to whoever needs to see them, and track who’s viewed them in real-time:

If you have any additional questions about how to use MindForge to make it easier to get documents out to the workforce, email Stokes or Shahin for more details.

Describing Our Value

As you all know, the ability to position your company in the marketplace is crucial to any business. Over the years, we’ve realized that one of the central challenges we face at MindForge is how to make it clear what, exactly, we do. Are we a safety company? Do we just do VR training? Are we competing with job site management software companies like ProCore?

The answer to all these questions is no. These don’t really describe what MindForge has to offer construction companies. So we’ve spent some time trying to clarify our value for people and companies like yourselves. Here’s what we’ve come up with:

MindForge: Take Command of Your Construction Projects

with tools that make it easy to keep job sites safe and do quality work

Customize Your Training | Deliver Content that Lands | Get Everyone on the Same Page

We would love to hear your feedback on this value statement—namely if it is clear what we do and why it’s valuable—so please let us know what you think with this short survey.

On the Horizon

That’s it for this update, but keep an eye out for upcoming newsletters about the following:

  • New release of CLS: Safety Awareness

  • Live classroom tracking capabilities

  • CLS compliance videos

Thanks again for all your support; we are excited to continue working with you to improve safety and quality across the construction industry.

Sincerely,

The MindForge Team
